Please avoid this company at all costs if you want to keep your home & animals safe. Office staff, management & techs show zero regard for you, your property or animals & will charge you full price for incomplete service.I requested a reschedule of services to ensure I would be home to secure our animals to avoid exposure during spraying. A new date & time were set. Checked my cameras to find out the rep showed up anyway while I was not home, entered my property without permission & completed the spraying despite my dogs actively being out in the areas being sprayed. The company then charged my card full price although half of the areas requiring service were incomplete as they required me being home to provide access.I requested the rep come back out a few days later to complete services & was assured by management I’d be provided sufficient notice prior to arriving on our home to secure my animals. I received a text 5 minutes beforehand… Office staff’s resolution was “well you should have known he was coming, since he was scheduled to come.”Please save yourself the headache. Find a company that respects their customers, your home & your animals health.
Customer for close to 20 years and very satisfied. Newest service technician is MJ and very pleased with his courteous service. Very thorough. I have a large yard with a variety of service needs and have no pests. They have been very responsive on the random times I have needed interim service as well.
Jack is always professional and thorough. He’s very pleasant and happy to answer any questions. He always does a great job and make sure to ask if there’s anything else I need before he leaves. We are on their monthly service and it’s great!
They have been our Pest Control for 12 years and we highly recommend them for monthly serviceBut we are moving and had a termite inspection. They found no termites but came back with some basic wood rot in various places, mainly the deck. We were time constrained so we agreed to let Pest Control make the deck repairs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Pest Control Center for any home repairs. The estimate were given and approved suddenly had an extra charge for wood price increases that we were not told about until they started the work and the owner Steve would not back off the increase. He also came out before the work was started and claimed the estimate was off by almost 50%, and of course it was low. By this time we were out of time and had to get repairs completed. They did complete repairs on time. The work was ok, but they did not do everything they were supposed to do. And they did not even clean up after the work was complete. They left wood pieces all over the deck, deck screws, left everything they moved where it was not supposed to be, left water hose laying all over the deck and waded up all the caution tape and left in our planter.Great Pest Control service, not good repairs and not honest and did not clean up
I’m very happy with Pest Control Center. Wesley was out to our house twice and was very pleasant and professional and both times did a very thorough job! If I have any questions, the person at their call center is very helpful and considerate. I’ve recommended them to our new neighbors and now they use them as well!
