Tech was polite, worked hard and explained what he did. Also went beyond his duties and removed some fallen branches from the roof with his extended pole. Very helpful.
Eco shield has been great all if the techs are very nice and eager to do their best to help you. Today Scott came to my property for pre spring dusting and was very helpful Scott asked that helped remind me of areas of concern. So that insects is are not problem come spring. This will be my first spring having the whole year treatment. Eco shield also has a you see em they come policy. I will leave another review in spring to see if they live up to policy.
There is snow covering everything. What did EcoShield do? I don't know because they would rather UNDER COMMUNICATE and under serve in order to save money. Please tell me what I'm paying $209 for. Was there inspection? Was something sprayed? I don't know, but I got charged anyway.Edit after reply:Why don't you just tell me publicly what my $209 got me? Let everyone know what they are in for.
Not a fan of this company, very hard to get rescheduled and they will only let you reschedule once until they force you to use their services or they will make you cancel with fees. I don’t feel like the sales person who sells you the product and the company are on the same page. Each tells you something different. They don’t note the account so you are stuck explaining yourself over and over. I’ve spent hours on the phone with this company and once my contract is up I will never use them again. It must not be just me, just read the reviews. Many people say the same thing. This company needs to do better with customer service. They will tell you anything to get you to sign and once you sign good luck.
Jonathan was by far the most thorough employee I have encountered with this company, and that is saying a lot because it is a great company overall with many great employees. He will do his very best and make sure no detail is missed. I highly recommend him in every aspect. He is friendly, professional, and very exhaustive with his work.
