Green Rodent Restoration

We had rats in our attic, after carefully checking with multiple vendors we decided to go with Jerry at Green Rodent Restoration. It’s been 4 month since they completed the job and I’m extremely happy we chose them. Their quality of workmanship, communication and dedication are top notch. I already recommended them to our neighbors as it’s very hard to find a company that really care about their customers this days.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews. I understand accidents happen, projects don't always go as planned, and I'm generally willing to give companies the opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, this was, without question, the worst contractor experience I've ever had. I found Green Rodent Restoration through Nextdoor after seeing their positive reviews and the mention of potential SCE rebates. Although I later learned I didn't qualify for the rebate, I decided to move forward because the estimate and scope of work made sense. Rony was very thorough in explaining the process. During the attic work, including the insulation installation, my home sustained three separate areas of ceiling damage, including one where a worker stepped completely through the ceiling. When I raised my concerns, the foreman suggested it was because there weren't enough boards in the attic for the crew to walk on. As the homeowner, I hired professionals because I expected they knew how to safely perform this type of work. Before the crew left, I was told the attic fan would need to be rescheduled because of an issue. This only came up after they had already asked me for payment. Had I not pushed back, I believe they would have left without completing a major part of the project. When I questioned it, the foreman was dismissive rather than taking ownership of the situation. What disappointed me most was the lack of respect for my property. The crew shook a blanket full of insulation and debris into my front yard. When Green Rodent Restoration sent a contractor to repair the damage, the experience didn't improve. The contractor used my bathroom without cleaning up afterward, dumped dirty mop water containing soap and debris into my front yard, left drywall dust throughout my home, and I later discovered fresh scrapes on my staircase railing that were not there before. While the ceiling repairs are better than the original damage, they still don't look like a professional finished product. The cleanup and overall attention to detail also fell well below what I expected. In my opinion, Green Rodent Restoration should have had a supervisor or foreman present while the restoration work was being completed to ensure it was done properly. Communication afterward has been equally disappointing, and I have had to follow up repeatedly throughout this process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Green Rodent Restoration. My advice is to take your time, compare several companies, and don't make your decision based solely on reviews or the possibility of rebates. I only wish I had shopped around more before making my decision. The contractor they sent for repairs was Disasterz Restoration and I also would not recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Green rodent Rodolfo. My technician was so great. The shed in my backyard was taken over by Ross and the cleaning and the sanitation that he did is unbelievable. You would never know. I will be using their service regularly to make sure that they stay away and thrilled that no traps or in your main treatment was done just the peppermint spray

I had a really great experience with Green Rodent Restoration. It’s a family-owned business and you can honestly tell they care about their customers and the quality of their work. Martin was our technician and he was incredible. He spent two full days at our house doing hard, dirty work fixing issues and cleaning everything thoroughly. He worked nonstop, paid attention to every detail, and never cut corners. He also took photos of everything he found and walked me through it all so I understood exactly what was going on. I really appreciated how transparent and honest he was throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was that Martin went above and beyond by fixing a few extra things he noticed along the way without hesitation. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about the work they do and treats your home like their own. I’m extremely grateful for all of his hard work and would absolutely recommend Green Rodent Restoration to anyone needing this type of service.

Green Rodent Restoration did an exceptional job from start to finish. I was looking for a company that used non toxic products to address a field mice issue that we suddenly encountered. I researched several companies but could not find one with excellent reviews that was environmentally friendly. The technician Steve was amazing with his customer service and the team who came out to do the work for 2 full days Isaias, Luis, Fernando and Vladimir did such a thorough and impressive job! I would recommend this team and company to anyone. Work ethic is amazing. The team drove 2.5 to 3 hrs one way just to service our rodent issue in Coto de Caza. Thank you again for awesome job!
