Greg has been timely, communicative, and thoroughly professional at every visit. I have used Dixie Exterminators for years and I have always been happy with the service. Here we are, the week of Thanksgiving, and my bathroom gets swarmed with ants. When I reached out to Greg, my service tech, he told me he was filling in for someone and was working two routes but he would make sure to fit me in. He came and treated early the next morning. The next day, when my guests were due to arrive, not a single ant!

I’ve had a great experience with Dixie exterminators. From the start , their enrollment process was quick and straightforward, making everything so easy. The entire team is professional, knowledgeable, responsive.

A special shoutout to Larry, the technician who comes out to treat my home. He’s always on time, friendly and takes the time to explain what’s he is doing.

And more importantly, we hadn’t had any pest issues at our home.
