Very poor communication. Took off work twice to meet them and they never showed up. Never called after I called they informed me they had rescheduled for a different day without asking.Only thing on time about them is there bills!
I am able to talk to a person instead of a computer and everyone is friendly and helpful. My tech Steven is very helpful and answers my questions. Great to work with!
My opinion…older gentleman, possibly owner, walked out of their business location today (may I add..that it is located in a multiple commercial business space) and approached my vehicle which is parked in the parking lot and ask me if I could turn off my air conditioning because they were having a hard time conducting service within their building. It’s 97 degrees out and I am also waiting on a family member who is inside one of the multiple businesses here. If the gentleman was kind and knew how to politely ask…I wouldn’t have posted this. Instead, he came across very rude and extremely entitled. My opinion is..anytime you’re wearing a company polo or representing a local business…it’s probably a good idea to treat the public with a little respect. I did move my vehicle, which is only a year old and a small 4 cylinder, to a different location in the parking lot but… I surely will never use this business nor recommend it to others based off my interaction.
I work for a home builder, and we exclusively use Arrow Exterminators for our Termite Bait System installs. They also stay on top of any pest issues we might have for our office. The whole team is fast and efficient. Sherrie, the office manager, is a life saver and beyond patient. I appreciate her help with scheduling, documentation for lends and everything else that pops up in the construction world. I can't recommend this team enough. They are great!
