Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise Sam and his team for professional, punctual service. A landlord valued Sam's communication with both him and his tenants. In one attic job, Sam sealed a home and sanitized the space; a separate squirrel job involved metal guards, an attic trap and return visits.
Customer Reviews
Zachary Rozano
Sam’s work of great. We discovered bats in our attic and contacted several pest control companies, only to be told they couldn’t schedule an inspection for two months. Frustrated, we reached out to Sam, and he exceeded our expectations. He arrived the very next day, fully equipped to tackle the job. Sam efficiently sealed our home to prevent future issues and thoroughly sanitized the attic. His communication was prompt and professional, his pricing was fair, and his work ethic was exceptional. I highly recommend Sam for anyone needing reliable, high-quality pest control!

Sam the bug man is great. As a landlord, he is willing to communicate with my tenants and self with no issues. Normally I worry about how contractors talk to my tenants but Sam and his team keep it very professional. They are also very reasonable with pricing as well as extremely punctual.
