Thoroughly applied treatments, checked crawl spaces for issues, checked around foundation for issues, and advised me of some things he found that needed my attention. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He did a thorough job. I am new to their service and this was my first application. I am very pleased. They are welcome but not the bugs.
RIDD visited my house this morning. The lead tech, Ellis, did a fantastic job. He took the time to explain the products he uses, how they’re applied, and what they do. Ellis noted anything he found while applying the pesticides. He was friendly and easily worked around my hectic morning schedule. I’m happy Ellis stopped by!
Overall as new customers of this company I've been happy with the 1st 2 encounters however this quarterly service I was not happy with the overall encounter. The tech arrived shortly after a heads-up text which was appreciated. I had my pets safely indoors and so due to seasonal timing declined indoor service. I noted the requested areas around the yard and cobwebbing areas of the porches, structures and garage. My husband arrived home while service was ongoing and raised the garage door for easy access.Upon leaving both of our side gates were left wide open which was not informed to us. We found our dog roaming in our unfenced front yard, thankfully. The reported treated locations noted kitchen, bathroom and bedroom which did not occur. These should have been better noted as customer declined.The garage space as requested was never entered for treatment or de-webbing.While I appreciated the overall treatment there was much to be desired and the techs should kindly be trained to close gates behind them to avoid release of pets. Or at least notify either of the 2 homeowners who were present that they need to be reclosed before leaving.
Dominic was very professional and knowledgeable, as were the last two agents. He communicated what he was going to do for me today. 1) I didn’t think about the pellets “not” being spread until I went out to take a pic for my review. Dominic did explained why he couldn’t and the last agent didn’t go under my deck. 2) Even though I was originally told that the wasp nest would be removed and spot sprayed, so the wasp would not rebuild. Those reasons are why I gave four stars. ?? ?? ?? ??So now need to request a manger/supervisor to come out and do that part???????Maybe it should’ve been 3 1/2 since now I have to schedule and wait for someone to come out.I will update afterwards. ??Have a blessed day??
