Today, Dylan arrived at my home for a TERMITE INSPECTION and QUOTE. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained in detail his inspection of the garage, crawlspace, and perimeter of the property. I would highly recommend this service.
The outside representatives are very dice, but the problems are within the office. every time we scheduled I asked for the 1st appointment. They say no problem set it up every time and on the appointment day they are not here first time in the morning in fact one time they didn’t come until the next day I own, my own business and time is valuable and to me, they don’t respect my time. They have a premium quarterly which I paid then I canceled before the end of my first quarter and they still tried to bill me. Then argued with me via email that they have to bill me another quarterly charge, which is not correct. Their pest control did help get rid of some of the pest but I did buy over $100 of traps myself to catch the mice.
We have been using Stomp for 3 years now. Always thorough in their quarterly treatments and reliable for any on call issues. Christian has been awesome during our last few visits!

Stomp pest control is the best service. Not only do they come quarterly, but anytime I have an additional need - big or small- they are always there within 24 hours, on time. Our technician today Christian was exceptional, and I have always encountered courteous, thoughtfully and informative technicians. They are also very mindful of pets and children. Even the call center is efficient and kind. Look no further if you are looking for a pest control service. It’s the only consistent service we’ve had since owning our home.
