The tech damaged our exterior wall and paint. It’s been over 2 months after multiple phone calls and emails. They never followed up or offered to resolved the problem.We cancelled them.Worst company ever.Will report to our community builder and terminate all contracts.

I have been using Home Team for about 15 years now. While there have been some small glitches with billing and payments, my overall impression has been positive. However, please note the company name--home team PEST defense. When I called them yesterday and explained that I had a fly problem (brand new, have never had such a problem before) they told me, "We don't do flies." Wait, what? Flies are "pests" right? So then, I'm paying something on the order of $50/mo for...what? I was told that I would hear from someone last night. Nope. So I called again today. I'm again told that they don't do flies, but that they can provide a referral to Orkin. So I asked if Orkin would provide some kind of break in price given that I am already paying Home Team. She did not know--which means that they don't. I am hopeful that Home Team comes through, and does the right thing.
