First two services were great! However the third service I received a text that Kevin was on his way out to service our home on 1/28, so I took the day off work, but Kevin never showed up.

I had my home serviced today by Orkin Pest Control, and I am genuinely impressed with the level of kindness, enthusiasm, and professionalism their team brought from the moment they arrived. They treated my home with so much care, and it honestly felt like they were treating their own.The technicians sprayed the entire outside of my home and sealed all of my outdoor vents with wire mesh and caulking to prevent anything from coming back in. Inside, they placed about 10 traps throughout the house and focused on problem areas—especially around my China cabinet, which had been infested with roaches. They handled it quickly and thoroughly.What I appreciated most was how they set up preventive measures in all of the drawers and key spots without making my family tear the whole house apart. They did all the heavy lifting, worked efficiently, and explained everything step by step so we felt completely comfortable.Overall, Orkin delivered exceptional service.
