As someone who has never had to deal with termites before, the shock of first knowing that you have them is overwhelming! I had a different company out for a quote (don’t want to put any other company name out there) and I was quoted double the price by them as opposed to southland. Not only that, the peace of mind I now feel after speaking with Krystel who completely put me at ease and gave me a feeling of relief that I haven’t felt since competitors were here. I have cancelled all other estimates and before even having them out yet, I am going with this company because peace of mind when you have small kids living on the home, is worth WAY more! I wish every company I call would have representatives like this working for them!! Will follow up with technician review but I can only assume if their office staff is so good, the technician is just as good :)

Southland Pest Control is the best! I had a gopher problem in my yard, they came out to inspect and it was a ground squirrel problem. They were able to get rid of them quickly and efficiently. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain the process to me in detail.
