Treebark Termite and Pest Control

Was having a good experience with the inspection up until I turned my back for one minuet while inspector was in my attic. I had multiple companies out at once for the reconstruction of my kitchen and while i needed to speak with the other company techs, the treebark inspector claimed there was termite activity in my attic space and needed treatment there. This was also my third termite inspection as I was shopping for bids, And they both did not find any traces in my attic nor mention anything there. I then asked what kind of evidence did he see and did he take pictures or can he show me. After being adamant about my attic, He then shrugged and admitted he just wanted to do preventive maintenance (“at no cost”) His estimate was double the amount of my other bids. I felt as if he tried to pull a fast one as the job I called him out for was maybe too small. Localized termite evidence in kitchen only. As you can see in the screenshot, 2C is my attic space. 2A (traces) and 2B (damage) is at floor level in my kitchen. Other than that, Dave was really nice guy but I will not be taking this bid. Update: it’s been a little over a week since my inspection and my inbox is flooded with spam from this company, along with follow ups texts. They are very persistence for your business and now they are texting me after I blocked their spam mail. Despite my very transparent review, they will not seem to accept my decline to their services.

Every interaction I've had with Treebark's personnel has been fantastic! Nicki set up my account and sent a technician the same day! Jeff was both professional and personable! Before treating, he carefully cleaned and removed all of the spider webs from around my home!! That is exceptional service, in my opinion! There will be no more creepy crawly spiders in this house!

My pest problem has been eliminated thanks to Treebark Termite and Pest Control. The ant infestation remained despite the presence of two additional enterprises. After speaking with the owner, he informed me that he would take care of the matter, and he dispatched a technician, which I couldn't believe. The ants were fully gone within a few days, and I haven't had an issue since. It's been years, by the way. Treebark Termite and Pest Control is highly recommended; they are competent and get the job done!

From beginning to end, Treebark Termite and Pest Control has exceeded my expectations. They contacted to confirm the appointment the day before and the day of. Employee arrived exactly on time, between 10 and 12 p.m. Employee arrived to my house at 10:05 a.m. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. He was kind, polite, professional, and easy to converse with. I would absolutely use&recommend this firm. They went above and above in my opinion.

I used Treebark Termite to cure subterranean termites and was pleased with the results. Their personnel was really polite and did an excellent job of demonstrating how much they respect their consumers. Treebark Termite performed a much more comprehensive investigation than I had anticipated, and then provided me an overview of what they found, as well as options.

It was also incredibly great how quickly everything transpired. After phoning them, I received an examination the next week and treatment a few days after. Other businesses I phoned required 2-3 weeks, but Treebark Termite completed everything in approximately 6 working days.

I have got a good deal from the Tree Bark service. They have done a great job of termite control in my home. While they have also given me some good advice for bugs and pest control. I am thankful for their cooperative nature and hope to call them again in future.
