Door to door sales person came to my house and told me the month to month price. Agreed and set up the service. First appointment they do my neighbors house instead of mine because they put in the wrong info. No biggie fixed it and they treated my house. A moth later I get a call saying that they cannot honor the agreed upon price and that in order for me to keep service I would have to pay double the original amount before the ants had even been cleared up. Would not recommend

Happy customer here. We're on a monthly service plan, and our technician DeAndre is hardworking, diligent and effective in keeping spiders, bugs, ants, rodents and even gophers off the areas we care about. When we do have unforeseen new issues, he's very responsive to take care of it too.
Scheduled an inspection 2 weeks ago.We had to notify the tenants & provide temporary accommodation to facilitate the inspection which included the attic.The inspector then proceeded to notify me mid inspection that he couldn't get up to the attic space because the ceiling was too tall and he was too short of a guy to make it. We're talking about a residential 2 story home. Nothing weird or commercial.I'm a short guy and I could go up there using a normal ladder.He also said that he needed 2 people on site each time that the property needed to be serviced and that was anti-economical and for that reason they would not be able to service the house at all.That is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard!Clark didn't want to service the house probably because it was too far north and they decided to came up with the lamest excuse I ever heard... Just cherry picking work like that is very unprofessional!Let's say I'm wrong and that is really a company policy, well they should tell you up front and not once on site!!!I couldn't find anything about "this rule" in their term of use or website...Totally ridiculous, steer away from unprofessionalism.
They hook you up for a 1-year contract offering you a 50% deal which ends up to be the same price as their competitors. If you are dissatisfied with their service, they come again at no expense. However, there is no satisfaction guarantee policy because in the case that their service doesn't work, they did hook you up for a 1-year contract. I subscribed because I had a mild recurrent ant problem but I happen to purchase the pesticide and equipment, and did a better job myself. I called them to explain how dissatisfied I was and cancelled the contract. I got charged $185 for cancelling it. Some of the technicians were attentive and did a good job but their policies are bad. I would highly recommend to not subscribe to their service.
