So professional!!! They have excellent communication and great customer service. I think their service is a great value, and it works! I have a house build in the 1890’s and critters used to get in all the time. It’s been basically critter free ever since hiring these folks, and if I ever needed them to check anything they always sent someone right away. Highly recommend!!!
It’s seems like it’s been a bad winter for mice, especially being out in the country. We are especially concerned as they seem to love the warmth that EV charging generates. Ours is an annual plan with Greenix, but they have come out in between our regular service intervals to make sure all the bait boxes are full. Jabril was everything you could ask for in a service tech - friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Not just reacting to the current issues, Jabril was proactive in treating for the critters that will be coming as the weather warms up. We started our service with Rove; the transfer to Greenix has been smooth and seems like we are getting even more value than before.
My Greenix service technician today was Megan. Megan did an excellent job and was able to identify a dead bug I found. Megan was knowledgeable friendly and professional. I feel great about the level of care my home received today! Highly recommend Greenix for all your indoor and outdoor pest control needs.
If I could I’d give them a zero. Their service technician was great. However I feel they bait and switch you into a monthly contract. I wanted a 1 time service, and I was charged a monthly fee. Tried to explain and got charged a cancellation fee. So much more to this story I just wouldn’t use them.
Trevor was absolutely amazing and knowledgable! We got same day service after signing up. Maurice did a great job, and sent after photos. Very happy so far!
