Richard was quick to respond and to communicate. He was quick to get here and quick to get the issue resolved. Would absolutely use this guy again. Highly recommended

Richard was extremely responsive from the very first email. I barely hit the send button and he was calling me!
We arranged a date to install my garbage disposal. He showed up on time. Installed the disposal. Was efficient, cleaned up and took away the old disposal. He is courteous and knows his business. I will refer him to my friends and keep him as my plumber!
Thanks for doing a great job!

I definitely recommend Rich. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and really needed help fast. Rich picked up right away and was at my place within two hours even though I live an hour away from him. He was super upfront about his pricing from the start and he stayed transparent the whole time. He really came through when I needed it the most, and I’m grateful for how quickly and professionally he handled everything.
