What customers say

A Ridgecrest Apartments customer appreciated that the crew stayed past 10 p.m. to get hot water back after months without it, then returned the next morning to finish the boiler job. The crew's personable manner and trade knowledge also stood out to one reviewer.

Amy Lowe

We have been without hot water at the Ridgecrest Apartments for a few months, and you don't know how much you miss something until you lose it. Our boilers went out and were in need of replacing. They finally came in yesterday morning and Plains Plumbing was here all day and stayed til after 10pm to make sure we had hot water! We had our first in home hot showers in months! (We'd been going to the gym for hot showers.) We wake up this morning and Plains is back to finish up the job! We really appreciate them staying late to ensure the residents were taken care of. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
