Pratt Plumbing

Pratt Plumbing - all I can say is WOW! We had a gentleman plumber come to our house, German, who first came to review our whole house water treatment/softener system for an estimate. He gave a testimony of his first-hand experience with his family on the changes they experienced with a similar water treatment system for our areas Amarillo water quality. Then German proceeded to show us his personal experience in pictures of systems he installed. He had patience and understanding what we needed, complimented our system, all of which sold us on having German from Pratt Plumbing do our work. We had a small leak that Friday evening causing us to leave a message at the office number not expecting anything until the next week. Well, what do you know - German called me Saturday morning stating it is his project, he owns it, and he will be right over to fix the leak. Get this too - this was on Memorial Weekend! Big shout out to German and Pratt Plumbing for the people they have representing them. Would we hire Pratt Plumbing again you ask? 100% without a doubt!

I called three other companies for install of a whole house water softening system. One … a national franchise didn’t have a clue regarding plumbing accessibility and over the top with the cost. Another never provided me with an estimate. The third was again over the top with cost. Pratt plumbing did an outstanding job … was quick to provide a reasonable estimate. Very knowledgeable on install and walking me through the system. Excellent communication, reasonable cost, efficient and the most knowledgeable of the process. I can recommend Pratt Plumbing for all plumbing work! No gimmicks, no club program, just honest and reliable service at reasonable cost. Highly recommend!

Pratt Plumbing did an excellent job installing gas lines to two furnaces in my business. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and professional. Michael and German handled the installation, and their workmanship was top-notch. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made sure everything was done correctly and safely. You can tell they take pride in their work. Preston also deserves recognition for his great work clearing a completely stopped-up floor drain. He was thorough, efficient, and got everything flowing properly again with no issues. I also want to give a shout-out to Andrea in the office—she was friendly, responsive, and great to work with when scheduling and coordinating everything. I highly recommend Pratt Plumbing for any commercial or residential plumbing or gas work. Great team, great service, and great results!

So my home is a bit older. That being said things should work well. Sometimes they do not. Pratt plumbing has been great in helping me keep up the house. Recently, they came out to install a new toilet and also to help with some plumbing. I have to say they were great. They do not have lots of people but the people they have are great. I had lots of interaction with Preston. Again, they were great. They were back and forth for 3 days including one long day that started at around noon and finished around 7 pm. The ordeal thankfully finished and we did not have to dig up any walls or any type of other misadventure. My thanks to them for a job well done (and no construction needed!).

Pratt had my appt within 30 minutes of calling and Preston was Awesome, extremely knowledgeable and friendly made the whole process simple and affordable. Will be using Pratt with any future repairs or upgrades. Would give 10 stars if available!????????????????????
