The main water shutoff was disconnected and water was flooding the alley. Route 66 was there in less than 20 minutes. Rylan shut off the water and quickly assessed what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I also needed so.e new shutoff valves for the washing machine, so he did those, too.

He discussed our options and we decided to go with a new water heater installation since ours was 12 years old. He stayed until 9:30pm to ensure we were back up and running!
