Flushed outdoor drains at my condo. One particular drain was a nightmare! Todd Honaker was an amazing trooper and worked until the underground clog was cleared. By the way it was 90 degrees in the hot sun.Kudos to Todd.He found a busted drain in one of the underground pipes. His team will be back tomorrow for the fix.Thank You Roto_Rooter.

Connor Scott was professional and clearly explained the immediate issue as well as what will be necessary in the future and which treatments will not work given my sewer line. I appreciate the clarity, swift response, and quality of work.
I had a water leak in the line from the meter to the house (200 Ft). I called three companies and the first two immediately said they would have to dig a new line for $13,500 and $19,000 respectively.In comes Dylan Muller with Roto Rooter and offered to dig around the meter to see if he could find it. No one else had offered that. He had come back on a Sunday to finish and he found the leak and fixed it.Dylan is a great guy: smart, thoughtful, hard-working and incredibly polite and respectful. His knowledge of the problem and solutions to fix it were impressive.Roto Rooter and Dylan will be my first call from now on.
Caleb was awesome!!! He’s the best !! My pipes busted above his and he took care of my parents and updated what they had!! Took two hours and clean up afterwards ! Was fair and honest and gave tips on other work for future! I wouldn’t call no one else!!!! Very professional!!!! Any work you need done call and and for him!!!!
