As a new owner of a nearly 80 yr old home, I had a drainage issue that I thought was being caused by a clogged or broken pipe. Corey arrived promptly, inspected my crawlspace and advised that the source of the issue was actually outside the house. He snaked my pipes in my front yard and confirmed the issue was tree roots in the city sewer pipes, called the city, and had the issue resolved in a few hours. He could have taken advantage of the situation and charged me for unnecessary services but he was honest, friendly, and gave me some great information about my plumbing and how to handle common issues going forward. An honest guy with reasonable prices - Spartan is the gold standard!

Corey helped me before I was even a customer. I called with busted pipes and flowing water that I couldn’t stop. In that moment two other companies told me they were sorry but busy the next few days. He came two days later and repaired a broken segment of pipe. He could have done this quickly and moved on. But he truly spent time with the problem, answering my questions and providing clarity about every piece of the work and system. We talked about preventative measures and simple fixes I could do. We talked about the different services he could provide in weatherizing and improving things. Short story I’m not going to anyone else for plumbing needs. He’s polite and professional and the work is detailed and clean. Communication was seamless and timing was punctual. I left with no questions or concerns. And that peace of mind means the world to me as a homeowner.
