Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the crew's professionalism, knowledge and courteous manner. One customer says the crew returned the next day to clean more lines after a well-system rebuild, while another appreciated a pressure-tank replacement that left the work area dry and tidy. A customer with a difficult-to-diagnose leak appreciated a waived service fee on a follow-up visit, when a small crack in the toilet's water tank was found.

Tyler went above and beyond to answer an emergency text at 3:30am in the morning and was there by 10am. It winter, the septic tank is under the deck covered in snow and no complaints. He worked hard and diligently to try to solve the issue on a weekend where there was a celebratory event happening over the weekend. Skilled and a great person. Awesome combination for this small business owner working hard for his customers.

A very professional job by them. We have a drilled well 29 years old full of iron. They came promptly and basically rebuilt our water system so the pump was at the right level (was at 120 feet but lowered to 180). Extensive rebuild. A few challenges first night - back the next day to clean more lines and get the flow working. In the end we are very happy Bracebridge customers. Well done Drain Right!!

They replaced our sewage pump. This pump is apparently a great pump. We'll see if this one last longer than what had been installed about 5 years ago. The gentleman who came is very efficient and knowledgeable. He is very polite. He gave us a few tips with regards to this really poopy matter.
