I contacted Harris Plumbing Inc. to address an emergency water leakage. From my first phone call the staff were courteous and showed a genuine concern to help me.

Justin was assigned to my house. He was professional and reassured me not to worry as he would take care of the issues. He identified additional critical items and I was able to include them as part of the fixes to avoid future problems.

Justin did a phenomenal job with a fast turnaround time, and he went above and beyond to resolve
everything!

Technician (Brandon) performed a complete plumbing systems inspection and provided a verbal report responding to all questions. Following that he moved on to the "job at hand." This involved moving his equipment through the house to the basement and then power augering the affected drain. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the area was left as clean as when the Technician arrived. My drains are now functioning as expected.
Brandon was polite, professional and respectful at all times.
I will recommend this company to friends and family.

In quick order we homeowners would like the service to pinpoint the issue, locate and bring in the parts required, install them with precision, and also to keep us informed on any related issues. I got all of that and more from Plumber Kevin, but the bonus he brought was the unexpected level of customer care... a level unmatched actually, in all my many years as a needy homeowner!
