I've had a hopeless situation of not having water at my house for over a day. My landlord alongside my property management didn't even bother sending anyone to check it blaming frozen pipes leaving me helplessly waiting for a miracle. I've called Plumbtech, an awesome plumber came over within 20 minutes (unfortunately didnt ask for his name). He did his best to identify the issue while trying to thaw the frozen pipe. It didn't seem to work at first, but by the time he left I got my water back.Much appreciated for trying any option possible to resolve the issue, lifesaver!
