Secretary jim/tim has zero customer service skills. Rude and disrespectful. I’ve had this company out to my house, relatives, and clients. Never again. “One bad apple spoils the barrel!”

Clyde and Hunter were excellent!!! I called Blue Mills to get a second opinion regarding a drain clog in my main drain that I initially called AB May to investigate. Clyde saved me over $5k and provided a very practical and affordable solution. I would recommend Blue Mills Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing service.
Totally worth it! I almost got discouraged after going through multiple big name companies having no shame overcharging but luckily contacted John at Blue Mills.
