He did not try to up sell additional and unnecessary services like the other local companies. An excellent experience A call made to them late in the night was followed up by them in the morning and schedule of visit confirmed. Had a very old cistern and instead of trying to get us to replace it they repaired it. Top quality workmanship which was fast, neat and they cleaned up before they left. We were also pleasantly surprised when before leaving they informed us that they stood by their work and parts used for a year. They was no haggling on price, but fair pricing and actually also advised us on how we could some money. Again - an excellent experience. Thanks.
Had a kitchen fawcet crap out on us Christmas night and woke up to water leaking from first floor to basement. Called Harb and they sent out TJ out same day. He and his assistant did a great job sorting everything out. Very happy with the service!!
They solved my problem and staff is very professional, but they charged me $850 plus tax and service call to snake the main sewer line. The job took barely 45 minutes. Their justification is "that's the price on a weekend" but they wouldn't explain to me how that's justified, even if the technician rate is $300 per hour. Will not be using Harbs Plumbing again.
