They worked for hours until the drain was cleared and repaired. They kept us informed step by step. They did the job with a minimum of disruption and mess. This company and their staff are A one. Dan arrived in good time at 9.30 am. I told him the history of the problems with my kitchen sinks. He listened carefully and recommended different options to clear as well as to maintain the drain pipes. Very methodical and scientific even though I only have basic idea of physics. I took all his suggestions. Then he started working immediately, with assistance from his friend George. They didn’t mind me watching but I got tired just looking at the gymnastics of Dan’s movements. George also helped check where the pipe drained into the basement. Very thorough of them. The work was non-stop for 2.5 hours. Worth every bit of the cost!!Now I can clean my large post Easter dinner dishes. The sinks have never worked so well.
