We are highly impressed from the beginning to the end. First time customer's from the initial call to book the appointment . The young lady was very polite. To same day service with the call confirming they are on their way . To the next call related to the problem and the quoted price . Colin ..was so polite and accommodating to my very elderly parents needs. He was understanding and patient. I would highly recommend this company to any family or friend.The minor issue with me giving the wrong street address. Colin was so friendly in saying no worries we found the right place . Great job to all of you from start to finish. Dealing with the elderly can be difficult as they tend to worry and over analyze situations .. however you made a 94 year old man very happy today. John The Plumber did a fantastic job when they came to my home to fix a clog which turned into the worst case scenario of a frozen drain pipe. Their plumbers Colin and Andrew were very professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Highly recommended plumbing service!!

I had the misfortune yesterday of "sharing" the road with one of your plumbers. Driving towards Oakville from the direction of the 401 at around 7:35am. Now I'm not a Canadian driver and I know the bar is set a little... differently here but I will never tolerate drivers closing the gap to my car as much as they can. I watched this driver weaving in and out of traffic with no respect for the other road users. Normal here for many, but I value my life and others.
