I had the pleasure of working with Chris and Matt who repaired my Kohler faucet today. Both gentleman were EXTREMELY professional and so down to earth. The repair was completed in no time. I had another company come out a month ago for a similar estimate. The work the other company suggested would have been more invasive and expensive. Today was an absolute pleasure! I stayed out of their way and I have so much respect for their work. They tested and cleaned everything prior to departing and my faucet now runs smoothly. I am EXTREMELY thankful that I went with Abbot’s Plumbing. This was a great experience! Thank you so much Chris and Matt!

Absolutely disappointed with Abbott's Plumbing. I wish I had checked their reviews prior to arranging an appointment to receive a quote for an underground water main leak. Not only does the ratings show some very unfavorable reviews, I'm shocked at most of the responses where Abbott does not accept any responsibility on any of them. It's always the customer's fault or another unfounded reason.

I schedule an appointment to receive a quote for a customer of mine. I am a handyman. I specifically stated that the homeowners were not to be disturbed by any means. The appointment was scheduled for a Thursday morning. Not only did they show up a whole day earlier, they disturbed the homeowner, both in their 80's with mobility issues. One a CPA who works from home and in his busiest time of year.

The quote, which was to be provided directly to me was given to the homeowner. Very unacceptable!

Due to the inner-office miscommunication at Abbott's, their inability to manage their appointments and their failure to follow very simple instructions, they were removed from my list of potential plumbers.

I contacted Abbott by email to address these issues. At current, I never received a response. It should be noted that prior to any issues, Abbott was very communicative.

I'm very curious if they will choose to respond to this review and how they will go about explaining that they aren't responsible or how they will attempt to make it my fault.

Please be very cautious when/if dealing with Abbott's Plumbing.

Today I had the best experience with the plummer that came to my house. His name is Charles Bugglen. He was very professional when he came in my home by greeting both of us. After checking the problem we were having he talked to us and explained what we needed to have done and gave us a quote on how much it would cost to do the job. So we said okay when can you take care of it and he said I can do it now. Mr. Charles went out to his truck and came back with drop cloth to cover the steps so he could wipe his feet off when he reentered my home. This is what I call respecting people proerty. He did the work and made sure everything was done to perfection the way it should be done. It's nice to know that you still have people who knows how to be professional when it comes to doing a job and respecting people property. I would rate him with a 10+ and refer him to my family and friends. Good service is hard to find these days. Thank you so much Charles for your service.
