Called on a Friday expecting to wait till next week, they were at my house that afternoon. They were prompt , knowledgeable and super professional. They got to work immediately and kept me informed throughout the process. The job was not easy and even through complications the tech went above and beyond, you would never know the mess that occurred thanks to the amazing clean up. We are grateful for the awesome service and will be contacting soon for some other things that need attention in the house. Also big shout out to the customer service rep who handled my call she was wonderful.

I had my tankless water heater flushed and a condensate neutralizer installed. Ehrhardt charged me less than half of a quote from another company (which had scheduled and not shown up) and fixed several other issues on the spot. Great service and price and will definitely use again.
