Water heater finally called it quits and after I filed my warranty claim Priority was dispatched. Ray Jr. was my technician for the job; very professional and efficient. Will reach out to this company if ever in the far away future I need assistance.

Beyond grateful for High Priority Plumbing for addressing an electrical fire I had within my water heater and subsequently replacing it. And although my HOA prolonged the process High Priority stayed in contact with me and followed up until the job was complete. The level of customer service I received from the administrative office to the skilled work by Arley and David were exceptional. I will always continue to do business with those that truly care about their customers, and High Priority truly does. Lindsay and Kim your kindness, care and attention to detail were amazing.
