Had a leaky water heater with a cracked tank. Of course stuff happens on the weekend, and right before a holiday. Assistant Valerie was great on the phone; Lenny stopped by on a Sunday (for a reasonable fee) to assess things and instruct us on how to get by. They ordered a new unit quickly. Lenny’s partner, Aden, was gentle and a gentleman. Lenny double-checked everything. They are checking on our warranty from AO Smith, let’s hope they come through - the unit broke a few weeks before warranty was up. How does that happen? Anyway, solid work all around, carpet was protected with clean tarps. Call Lenny and team.
