They said i needed a new well dug and it would cost 9,500$. I got a second opinion and the other person was able to flush and fix the pump for a fraction of the price. Either they are not educated on this or they are scammers. The weland guy i think was his name gave creepy vibes and seemed like a know it all. Obviously he didn't know it all.
This company is a joke. They stated we needed a new pump, when another company had just replaced it a few years ago. The guys told us that it would be $2700 to replace it. Called the company who originally replaced it and informed John D of the plan and he talked bad about the other company as well as cut his price down to try to get the job. The original company came out and got it running with minimal amount spent. Please be aware when dealing with John D.
I would rate their service except they never made it out to service anything. I called on Tuesday and was told they would be out that day. Several attempts by me to find out when they were coming got same answer of sometime today. At 4pm Wendall called me from their office and said they worked hard today and would be able to make it 1st thing tomorrow. I agreed.Wednesday comes around and at 10am I reached out to see if I was still on there list. I was assured I was on their list but they couldn't tell me if they had added more customers to their day. Decided to cancel them and go with someone else. Who within 2 hours showed up and got everything working. Whoever I had been dealing with said they need more help and another truck. If they would just show up they could get paid. Literally took the other guy less than 15mins to fix issue. A lot of little issues fixed will pay as much as one big job and require less work.
This company is awsome! Called this morning for a quote on a pump replacement and new pressure tank on a 200 ft well. Came right over, quoted a decent price. They had a truck and crew here in an hour. Crew were experienced and fast, Nice guys. Job was done in hours the same day. If we need any other work of this sort done they will be our first call.
We have used this company twice for our residential well and they came as soon as I called. Very professional and helpful getting our well back up. But that was 3-4 years ago. I called them for repairs 3 weeks ago and haven’t heard from them yet. I call three times and the receptionist said I guess Wendall didn’t get the message.
