When the tech first question was what was going on and then from there they assessed what they were going to need and do and from there they came up with the cost. From there it did not take long and they had the job done. And also the gentleman have great personalities for which I look at in a company. Will always be welcomed in my home.

While an estimate was provided, when we asked standard clarification questions about fixture appearance and scope prior to installation—important since the work was for an elderly parent—the company declined to provide additional details or photos and stated they could not answer the questions.

Clear communication and transparency are important to us when work is being done in a family member’s home. Repeated misspelling of my name in correspondence also raised concerns about attention to detail.

Due to these issues, we chose not to proceed. Others may have different experiences, but this was ours.

Mr. Richard and Tariq were absolutely amazing. They installed my bidet toilet with ease. The directions were so vague, and Mr. Richard was extremely professional in explaining everything that could possibly go wrong. He had to rearrange a valve and some other stuff. They really had to think outside the box. I said, I believe in you! ?? They did an outstanding job. I love it! 10 out of 10!
