We had an excellent experience with this company! The service was prompt, and the technician, Donnie, truly went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.Our water heater had a leak, and we weren’t completely sure where it was coming from (though I had a suspicion). Based on the initial information, pictures, and videos we sent, Donnie thought we might need a new water heater. However, after taking extra time to carefully review everything again, he called us back and said he believed it could be something else and wanted to come out to check it personally just to make sure we wouldn’t go through the weekend without hot water.He educated us throughout the entire process, explained what was going on, and made sure everything was fully resolved before he left. We truly appreciated his honesty, thoroughness, and dedication to great customer service. Highly recommend!
From beginning to end my experience with Woods Plumbing was wonderful. The front desk person that answered when I called was so friendly and helpful. They were able to come out the next day. Communication was great. Karl and his assistant were very kind and informative. We had a sump pump issue that they resolved quickly and efficiently.
