Over $4000. Several weeks to deal with frozen pipes. Just discovered another frozen pipe issue. We are calling someone else. Already took down a negative review at the request of this company. Putting one back up. So frustrated and disappointed.

Edit: In response to the message posted by the owner - if you simply look at the length of time it took for a response, that tells you something! I posted a month ago - it took them a MONTH to respond!

We called on Tuesday when we first noticed our pipes were frozen IN ORDER TO AVOID an after hours charge. Someone came that day and told us our pipes were frozen ??, and we'd be getting a quote in a day or so. Skip to Saturday night, (my husband had to work on Sunday) still no quote and everything including the toilets were frozen solid. Can't really function like that. So yes, they did come in the middle of the night, 5 DAYS after we asked for help to avoid the exact situation we were in! They got it partially thawed and decided to stop thawing the front and wait to put in the heat trace, which took two different employees because the first one did it incorrectly and we froze again! Fast forward another week to the tub freezing. Granted, this was in the belly bag, but at this point, we were already thousands of dollars and weeks in. By the time all was said and done, heat trace on a mobile home (and only the front half) and unfreezing the back tub cost over $4000. We also had to wait weeks for bills. (I called several times trying to get amounts to pay as this was around Christmas and it was such a sizeable amount). I was asked to take the first negative review down and in return we would not have to pay the extra call out for emergency (which we wouldn't have had to do in the first place if they had come within the first few days of our initial call.) If they did not have enough employees to deal with us, I would have preferred to be told that so we could have looked elsewhere. I am also not impressed with how this situation was portrayed. Or how we were dealt with as customers.

Awesome service. Had trouble under a mobile home. They were there within a few hours of me calling. Had to involve the city to turn off the water. Our service tech Pierre looked after it all. Got us up and running same day, then came back the next day to finish it up and ensure we had no further problems. Not a trace left that they had been there.
Highly recommend Call First.

Not recommended with all the issues experienced with these guys. I'd give them zero stars if I could. A Kitchen Tap replacement cost me a dame Fortune. Not necessary. And they refused to talk about it. Typical Fort McMurray service. Some people still just don't care.

Just too busy to care about repeat business.....
When booking I confirmed that they had a long enough snake to unplug a sewer clog. I was assured that the plumber would bring it along. The plumber never brought it along and I had to pay an extra hour for him to go back to the shop. Why should I pay for their mistake? I already paid for 1/2 hour travel on top of "Truck Charge" (that I was not told about)
Truck Charge $25
Snake charge $75
Camera charge $195
1/2 hour travel to location $65 (in town service)
1 hour EXTRA to go back and get the snake they FORGOT $130
2 hours to unplug drain $260
Total for sewer clog $790
Customer service=poor. They don't return phone calls and have to badger them to respond to an email.
Rates: I do contract work in Fort Mac and have subbed work out many times so I have a pretty good idea what the going local rate is. Hour rates are bang on but the undisclosed extras bump CallFirst into the 30% higher than the competition.
To top if off, I was booked for a 3 hour window that they missed. No phone call saying we will be late or cant make the scheduled time. Cost me an afternoon waiting and a extra half day off work.
My Opinion, we do have other plumbers in town that care about their reputation and how pulling one over on the customer can will cost thousands in bad word of mouth when this rebuild boom dries up.

Amazing service!! We had an emergency plumbing situation that needed to be dealt with immediately as our tenants were moving there belongings into our suite that very day.
We googled plumbers as it was a Sunday afternoon and the name drew us in right away so we called and were met with very friendly customer service as well as super speedy. They were here within 20 mins and finished within less than an hour from set up to clean up!!
Highly recommend his business
Thanks again!!
