Ferrer A+! In a world where service, professionalism, value, and good work are found few and far between... our experience with Anthony at Ferrer reminded us again, that there are, in fact. amazing companies and workers who deserve perhaps more than 5 Stars. We had a terrible experience, and several before that, with a local GR "legend" called Godwin, who claims they "got it". In our experience they "lost it" a long time ago, but I guess they still do... have it... because the so called water heater quote that they were to send me, never arrived... we never "got it" ???? and even if it did, we would have never chosen them. Why? Because the "technician" who looked at our water heater set up, was rude, indifferent, cold, condescending, and completely and totally wrong in his assessment. I saw the 5 Star Reviews for Ferrer Plumbing and called them. Night and Day difference. Anthony was prompt, personable, and knowledgeable. He came immediately to our home. Assessed the situation accurately, and correctly. Then within hours we had a quote that was exactly what we needed and wanted. The communication at Ferrer is amazing. Always in contact with you, always kind, personable, professional. Several days later Anthony and a young worker Elijah installed the water heater. Great companies do big things well, and most importantly they do the little things well too. The service they provided was A++ no hidden costs, no faulty diagnoses, no surprises, no BS, just a USA built, state of the art, Bradford and White heater made right down the road in Middleville. I would recommend Anthony, Elijah, and Ferrer to anyone without reservations. In our book it is NOT Godwin whose "got it!" its clearly in our experience Ferrer... hands down.... who has it now Kudos to you Anthony and Elijah for a job well done. Call Ferrer, you will be very glad that you did.

After R&R Mechanical did an absolute hackjob installation on a new tankless hot water heater in 2022, I had nothing but problems with it.
