After our toilet had been clogged and different plumber had tried to unclog it without success. Brandon and Jr arrived with one days notice and were able to locate and fix the problem with minimal trouble. They were very knowledgeable and friendly during the visit. I highly recommend Mr. Roto plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.
Called at 2pm, dispatch called when tech was on his way, tech called upon arrival 1.5 hr after first call. Tech (Charles) explained the process and associated costs (with empathy and understanding). Got to work immediately. Problem solved within an hour.Great communication ; highly recommend.
**Update - The owner called me and insisted on scoping my pipes again. After I told him no, he got mad and threatened me with litigation over this review.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - TRIED TO SCAM MEI started with Mr. Rooter in 2024 for emergency roots blocking my pipes. They hydro jetted my line and it worked for a year. In October 2025, I had them come back out for the same issue (I had a tree removed so I expected to have this issue until the tree roots rot away). A month later, I had water back-up in my basement so they came back out. They then proceeded to tell my that my pipes were disintegrating, they could see where the "Y" was splitting open and that I was going to need to rip up my floor and replace the cast. I decided to call another company out to take a look and give me an estimate. Not only was one of my pipes never inspected, that they claimed to have opened (the cap was clearly never removed), my pipes were inspected on camera with no signs of damage at all. I saw the "Y" with my own eyes and it looks practically brand new. They also informed me that where Mr. Rooter claimed to have run the camera, it is impossible to even get the camera through the access he claimed. Call a locally owned plumber and avoid this company at all costs or you'll end up paying thousands for work you don't need.
Well, 2026 is off to an interesting start for us. ??As many of you know, homeownership is so much fun, and we got a taste of it last night. Our neighbors across the street had been having plumbing work done all week long. And yesterday, my fiancé was trying to clean our fish tank, and the sink wouldn’t drain. So, he tries to drain the water down the toilet from a bucket and the toilet won’t flush. Then we hear gurgling coming from the drains. Im thinking this has to be related to them having work done.I instantly try to call all the plumbers in town, but it of course was almost 5pm on a Friday and everyone couldn’t get us in until Monday at the soonest. I was not about to wait all weekend without knowing what was wrong with the pipes.Mr. Rooter was able to send someone out last night, without charging an extra “emergency service fee” like everyone else was trying to. Brandon and his apprentice were super knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything that was going on to us.We had a bunch of roots bound into our pipes from allllll of the walnut trees around our house, and there was a cell phone in our pipes. ?????????? we all had a good chuckle about that. They were here for about an hour, got everything cleaned out and no more worries about the pipes until hopefully after we’re long gone from this place ??????? I just feel very grateful that it was a “simple” fix, and not our pipes being busted or anything.
Water heater failed at a tenant’s property while I was out of town, and tech Eli handled everything remotely with great communication and professionalism. This was two days after Christmas, and he still found the exact brand I wanted. He sent before-and-after photos, and the install looked clean and well done. Price was $2,800 for a 40-gallon gas unit installed—I thought was slightly high but what isn’t these days, but overall a very smooth and positive experience. Was able to install same day too!
