Robert & Zach were great to work with, getting the ball rolling, on the front side of my water remediation. Will & Mark did fantastic, clean work. Everyone communicated well and the project was started and completed in a timely manner.
I'll be honest they are very expensive. There are better options out there. My lines were damaged by the cold weather we had recently, they came out charged me 1k didn't fix the issue, said I need to replace all my pipes quoted me an additional $4700, I obviously passed on that. Ended up finding a different company who did a great job at a way better price.I will say they are very friendly so props on that.
If I live to be 100 years old, I still will be recommending Roto Rooters every day.I called them in the middle of the night, and first thing the next morning they were already at my home. From the very beginning, the level of professionalism, care, and responsiveness was outstanding.Zechariah handled the initial assessment and took the time to clearly explain the entire process with patience, kindness, and professionalism, which immediately gave me peace of mind during a very stressful situation. Then Will and Mark came in and did truly exceptional work over several days. The job was physically demanding and complex, yet they remained consistently professional, positive, and attentive. They answered all of my questions, kept everything organized, and approached every task with care and dedication. They are not only highly skilled technicians, but genuinely wonderful human beings.I would also like to thank Jon , who came out on a Sunday when an additional issue appeared. He responded quickly and took care of everything that needed to be done without hesitation.Roto Rooters is a company you can truly trust. Having them in our home during such a stressful time was a real blessing, and I am deeply grateful for the entire team.Daniele Ramos
Get a second opinion.Called on a Saturday morning for a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain. They came out on Monday, spent several hours onsite, then said they would have to remove the water heater, jackhammer the concrete floor as far back as they could, and "hopefully" they could find the clog issue and resolve. No formal quote but he said "several thousand at least".A supervisor came out and suggested we close off that drain entirely and divert our sink water into our washing machine drain. I arrived and after discussion, he decided that probably wasn't a viable option and went back to breaking up the concrete floor.Paid them $332 for nothing and they left.I rented a $75 snake auger from Home Depot along with some heavy duty drain clog remover, worked it for about 45 minutes, and miraculously, the clog is gone. Been exactly a month and haven't had any issues since. First time ever using.I called to tell them, and they recommended we run a camera to be sure there were no other issues. They came back out and had the audacity to ask me for another $300+ dollars to run a camera down the pipe I had already paid them $300+ dollars to not clear. So glad I didn't let them jackhammer my floor. If you have a plumbing problem, find and call a real plumber.Would really like to give a second star just because the two seemed like nice guys, but can't get over two plumbers wanting to break apart my floor because they don't want to snake a clogged drain.
Cody was able to work with my concerns and helped me explore options to tackle it. Very quick and efficient in changing what was needed and honored their military discount. Aaron was able walk me through the process and explain what needed attention. Very respectful of property and kept workspace clean throughout process. Jacob answered all questions while he dug through the property clearing a path for a new main sewer line. Aaron & Jacob rerouted main sewer line and connected plumbing before leaving for the night. Danny was efficient and leveled out the dirt and laying down grass seed. Great team and work ethic.
