Brandon Paschal came on Feb 18th to repair my toilets and kitchen faucet. He was efficient, extremely friendly, explained everything he did, and in general was extremely competent. I was amazed at how good he actually was. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I would request that Brandon be sent. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a skilled and personable plumber.
My HVAC was out and they sent out Phillip , he is the most kindess young man he fixed the issues. I would recommend anyone to request this young man ! Very knowledgeable he's a great face for the company. Thank you again Phillip!
If I showed you my invoice for 19,000 you’d laugh knowing the problem cost 400$ to fix. These people are predators. They saw me as a target and strong armed me into signing a loan I can’t afford. And when I wanted to cancel, crickets. Suddenly these guys couldn’t answer the phone .
The service tech, Ricky was fantastic. Extremely polite and extremely knowledgeable. Explained what was involved with AC maintenance service, reviewed the system report card and gave suggestions for the unit. No high pressure just an explanation of things to consider.I was impressed with his knowledge and his personable manner. The Plumbing and Air Company should be glad he represents their company.
I'm not angry as I write this, but it has been a trying evening. Over 24 hours in advance, I scheduled an appointment to have a home HVAC system assessed (because it's currently under contract to be bought/sold). The home is unoccupied. The time of the appointment came and went, and all told, we waited 3.5 hours (in a home unfurnished, that neither I nor my clients own, and I even had to make a fast-food run because we were so hungry during the dinner-time wait)--still no technician came. Again and again, we were told, "Someone is coming." Finally when a technician did call and offer to come, he was 40 minutes away and said he had only just received notification. There is a major communication break down. At one point we were told that even though the appointment time was set for 4pm, the technician could show up at any time. Then, why were we given the opportunity to choose a time? And why didn't the confirmation email tell us that time wouldn't be honored? I will not be recommending this company to clients again.
