This company stands behind the work they do and they do what they say they will. Their people truly care. I had an issue and management took care of it for me and went above and beyond. To be 100% transparent I was THAT customer. I wasn’t happy with a job but instead of going through the proper channels I just got sour. My family had been with Parham as customers for almost 8 years and honestly the service was always top notch. I let one bad experience cause me to cancel my maintenance program. What I DIDN’T do is “go up the ladder”.The biggest advantage of using a local business is being able to speak to management, supervisors, all the way up to the owner.Chris Parham found out I wasn’t happy- and contacted me personally. He made arrangements for his team to come out, talk to me and do whatever they needed to do to resolve my issue and ensure I was happy with their service.Did I mention he sent a TEAM? Lol! Before the job was complete I had 5 very professional service members making sure that everything wasn’t just right and working but PERFECTI’ll be signing back to my home maintenance program. I’m on a budget but it’s not only affordable but saves you on repairs when they’re necessary. I’m glad Chris got in touch with me for an opportunity to not only correct my previous issue but put faith back in Parham’s ability to make sure EVERY job is a job well done!!
I called Parham because my furnace went out one week before we were supposed to have a foot of snow and ice descend on our area. The initial repair tech found that it couldn't be fixed (system from the late 90s with a couple parts from 2003 already rigged in). So he called the Comfort Specialist out to give me a quote on the whole system. After getting the quote, I got a loan from my credit union that night and called the Comfort Specialist back to confirm I wanted the whole thing done. My AC had died after the first summer owning my home, so I got that done as well.Parham got my ENTIRE system installed just two days later! I had heat in the evening the day before "Snow-mageddon" hit. While the temps outside dropped to single digits, I was warm and comfortable in my home. New 3 1/2 ton AC, new furnace, and repaired duct work so I stopped inadvertently heating the crawlspace under my house for the wild animals.I am eternally grateful the Parham team was able to get me taken care of in such a timely manner. The transparency of all the options available to me was a breath of fresh air and greatly appreciated. I absolutely recommend this team to anyone needing HVAC services, whether it's repair or an install. 10/10!
What a joke. This company uses inexperienced employees who have no clue how to fix a heating unit. They came 3 different times without fixing the problem. First time the tech had no clue what he was doing. After 4 hrs he had to call his manager to come assist . After 1 1/2 hrs the manager shows up. The unit worked 1 week. The 2nd visit different tech came. He found a wire the first tech didn't reconnect. The unit worked 1 week. The 3rd visit they still sent the same inexperienced tech. He left once again without fixing my heat. He told me it would cost between $700-$2800 to fix . Rewiring the whole unit. He told me until I paid that there was nothing more he could do for me. Then left me in the cold. It cost me $540 for nothing.I called a second company. They were out the next day and fixed the " small problem " that cost $115. A bare wire shorting out my unit causing several fuses to blow at fault by the first tech who had no idea what he was doing.
Mason did a great job in repairing a water leak behind my bathroom vanity due to a frozen cold water pipe..He was very thorough and answered my questions with great insight....The price was pretty high with only a 1 year warranty but satisfied with the workmanship...
3 quotes to install an electrical breaker box:Parham: $7630Electrician 2:$2000Electrician 3: $1750I could keep getting quotes but I see a trend, these folks are about 3-5 times higher in price than anyone else without the quality to back it up both in workmanship and phone manners, I won't call them for anything again that is downright robbery.Edit: found the receipt , it was $7630 and not 10,000 , may as well be 10,000.The " all the other repairs" they are talking about in their reply is to stick a wire inside a sleeve called a conduit and cutting off a few small wires all right beside the breaker box and all going to have to be worked with in order to put a new breaker box or "panel" in. They really like to save face by acting like that's a ton of work! The other electricians quotes included everything else in their quote, and/or is not even required to pass a state inspection they just look for ways to run the bill up using the state inspection as a way to talk you into doing the extra work. They are Simply overpriced. This is a 1 day job .
