Robert and Landon came out as scheduled and pumped our septic. These guys are top notch and I would highly recommend them to take care of all the maintenance needs. Kevin and Keegan did an excellent job. Communication from the back office was clear and timely, and once they arrived and I explained the issue, they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. They were very transparent and did everything possible to keep the cost as low as they could while still providing the right solution. They pinpointed the issue, explained the fix clearly, and resolved it efficiently. Great experience overall—highly recommend.
Robert was excellent. I'm new to the septic system space and he was extremely helpful in knowledge, maintenance, and inspection. He made quick and clean work of our tank with had never been emptied in over 10yrs! Thanks again GoHero for the quick response and professional tech you sent. Within 24 hours of calling GoHero, Darrel Came out to evaluate, gave a detailed explanation of problem and what we needed. Very professional, friendly, and caring. Offered several options, with estimates. Had no heat during the coldest part of winter storm and ordered what was needed and worked me in to install new HVAC system as soon as unit could be obtained. Came out on Wednesday and had new unit installed on Friday. Stayed as long as it took to make sure the heat was working. Can’t thank this team enough Jacob Kayden and Tyler for caring and working in the cold and dark to make sure we had heat. I feel they went beyond what most companies or anyone else would do.
