Jim Needham Heating Cooling Plumbing and Drain

We had a blockage in our sink plumbing that caused crazyyyy flooding last night, it was a nightmare- John came over this morning and was super polite and helpful and got everything working in really no time at all! I would totally use Jim Needham again and ask for John! Today is the 3rd of July and I know a lot of people are off work, so we really appreciate that they were able to get us taken care of this morning before the weekend!

Michael, our tech, was very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. He was also kind. The office staff that I scheduled with was uninformed or unable to answer my questions. I repeatedly asked how much it was going to cost and what it would cover, but her answer was unclear. I hung up thinking I could pay $49 for a one time service or $180 for an annual membership. So I was prepared for the $49. Turns out, $49 doesn’t cover anything, even though I was scheduling routine maintenance. Typically maintenance costs $130 without a membership. Had I known that I would have made a different plan. Michael made it right and I appreciate that. But the scheduling department needs to be able to answer basic questions. Routine maintenance is a known quantity, so she should have been able to give me straightforward information

We were renovating our home, and ran into an issue with a new vanity installation. We found out our pipes were in the wrong position, and needed help to reposition them quick!I looked up best plumber reviews near me, and found the Jim Needham name with GREAT reviews, so I called. Our technician, Christopher who showed up was prompt, courteous, and spent a ton of time answering my questions and putting me at ease. He was knowledgeable and knew right away what he was doing, he went above and beyond in his work, customer service and got our reno back on track! Thanks, Christopher!!
