We hired Absolute Plumbing to replace our water heater which was really old and it was definitely time. We had a great experience throughout the entire process. We called with questions and were able to quickly get information to help us decide which type of water heater would best suit our needs. They sent us an estimate right away on the options we were considering and then we were able to schedule soon.JJ was great about communicating their arrival time on the installation day and everything was done efficiently and it turned out there was a component we didn’t end up needing so we also saved a little money in the end. The prices were very competitive overall. It all felt honest and the work was quality.We had reached out to two other companies as well but the experience was not as positive and they were slow to provide estimates and generally not as communicative. We will use Absolute Plumbing again given what a positive experience it was! Thank you for making this process easy!
A few years ago our tankless hot water heater quit providing hot water while we were in the middle of taking a shower, preparing to go to an event. Hubby restarted it and we finished showering. After that, it wouldn't heat water, so he then called the original installers that day. They had also put in HVAC mini-splits at the same time. We had an annual maintenance contract with the original installers and were surprised to discover they were ONLY maintaining the HVACs because they'd lost their plumber. We called around and other HVAC companies on the island told us that they were a month out for service, even on emergencies. We took a chance and contacted Absolute Plumbing. They went out of their way to find a replacement tankless system and were on site 2 days later for the job. A day later a pipe had burst in our well shed and they took care of that at the same time when they came out. We were SO impressed with their customer service, responsiveness and reasonable prices that we contracted with them for a $25K plumbing job when we built a new barn a few years later. Since then, they are the only plumbers for us. Recently, we wanted a new toilet installed, trading out to a taller version and another reseated. They were prompt in scheduling and arrival and did a great job, some of the same employees we've had for our other jobs. We were invoiced promptly and the final cost was $200 less than we had anticipated. The also hauled away as well, leaving our two areas clean. When we need plumbing services, we call Absolute Plumbing!
Jonathan and team came out to pump out water from my crawlspace and install a sump pump. They did an excellent job on the project, and they thought of an innovative solution that saved me money. What I most appreciated about him and the team is that they were great communicators and very prompt to respond, unlike other contractors / vendors I've worked with in the past. 5/5 would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. I have used Absolute Plumbing for several years doing small jobs and large jobs replacing a home water system ftom my well. Currently they replaced my hot water heater . They have the most knowledgeable and nicest employees. I think I have met them all with all the work they have done for me . I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing for any problems that may arise for you dealing with water pipes , installation of water heaters, dishwashers. They do it all ! ??
I cannot thank Dustin & Robert enough for today’s exceptional work. They were subcontracted by my basement waterproofing company and literally had a sump pump and exterior dry well thrown at them. They created a work of art in the crawlspace and made the 4-inch pipe connection according to my permitted design. Professional, kind, knowledgeable, skilled and conversant. I highly recommend this duo and will find them some more work in the future. Thanks guys!
