I have been going to the F.W. Webb store in New Bedford for quite some time. These guys are top notch at the counter. Never had an issue always got what I needed and they are always there to help you. I would give them a 10 star.
Yesterday, I went in with a list of pro press parts my plumber wanted me to pick up, to save him some time. As I went up and down the aisles for 15 minutes, the only person in the store at the time. Aimlessly ( list in hand) Not a single person of the 4 working at the time even looked in my direction. So, I finally had to ask some questions, from a stock person walking by, each time ,(3 times) he had to ask the people at the counter ( who was busy changing channels on the tv) each time he answered the question, like we were bothering him..I finally found my parts and checked out. Horrible customer service, why even be in business..sorry I bothered you..Next time, I'll go somewhere else
Clean and orderly, their gaskets were not very accessible and out of the size I needed. But they do have a very large inventory of everything else.
The guys at the desk this sat. are great guys, they helped us find are parts, and when we had car trouble after coming out of Webb in the parking lot, and the guys went out of their way to help us to try to get our vehicle running. Thanks again guys, great place
