I was searching YouTube on how to purge the air from the boiler basement heating and found Steve’s videos, and he got me thinking because my boiler does not have shut off valves before, and after the circulator, and there is no drain valve on the circulator at all because it comes in through the top of the boiler, however, at the bottom of the boiler because that’s where the water comes in there is a drain valve, but watching his videos, he taught me something. I did not know turn off the boiler when purging the system, I was finally able to purge very little air from the system with Steve’s help because he gave me the knowledge and the courage and confidence to do this on my own, I do tackle many plumbing jobs throughout the house however I have called plumbers in the past because it is beyond my capability and that’s where honest hard-working individuals like Steve come in and let’s not forget Ms. Molly which are extremely honest, and the world would be a better place if we had more people like Steve, granted there are many many honest people out there, but sometimes that’s not the case.I love your YouTube channel and can’t get enough of it, I just wish that you would turn on the thank you button so millions of viewers can donate more to your channel and Ms. Molly that way you could feed her like the little princess that she is.
Steve is the best very knowledgeable about what he does. He worked on my boiler a few times and everytime I called him he was right there when I needed him I won’t use anyone else his prices are very fair and I will recommend him to anyone I know
Ive never done any business with Steve, but watching his channel on Youtube teaches me a-lot about Plumbing and HVAC and seeing how he runs his business. The way how he does his jobs the correct way and treats customers with honestly and not selling them crap they don't need. This tells me this is the guy you would want to fix things in your home because its hard to find another guy like him to tell the truth and get work done right!
Worst customer service! He said multiple time to call me before he comes then never called. Even after looking at the job he said he will call and I had to call twice to see if he can do the job. Wasted my time. I could have hired professional to get the job done already!-------updated------- 09-20-24If you can't do it, it's fine there are many other will do it. You and I both know that. My review is about you wasted my time and how many time i had to call you just so you get to the job which is not acceptable and professional.Just make sure when you looked at the job just call your customer and let them know! Not the customer calling you and finding out what's going on!Btw you don't call any of your customer stupid.. that tells more about the type of person you are.
I have learned so much from Steve just by watching his excellent YouTube channel. He is very knowledgeable and great personality. Let’s not forget my family loves his dog also that he shows on YouTube. Anyone that has Steve as a plumber is very lucky to have a guy that probably has everything he needs in his truck for repairs and service. I just had to come on here and thank Steve for looking forward to more great videos. Merry Christmas and happy Holidays to Steve and everyone that reads this.
