Had a serious blockage in my home. I called and within an hour and a half Vincent showed up at my door. He was very professional and pleasant. The job done within an hour. Thankfully it wasn't real bad. (But the mess was lol) I'm very pleased with my service from beginning to end. I will do business again if I ever get in a jam again. I am a custodian and I'm handy but I definitely did not have the tools for the job on this one. It was a late Friday night after we had a winter Blizzard either in the week. The hole prosses probably took 3h tops if I had to guess. Thank you for getting me out of a jam Roto-Rooter ??.

Ralph was hands down the best, we had one of the tougher drain issues.. but his persistence spoke volumes. Was here for almost 3 hours working tirelessly. 10/10 would recommend and honestly I’d ask for him by name (if ever given the choice)

had a great experience with Roto-Rooter and would absolutely recommend them. We were dealing with a tricky drain issue that another plumber wasn’t able to fully diagnose or clear, and Roto-Rooter stepped in quickly and effectively.

What really stood out was their communication and responsiveness — they were easy to reach, explained what they were seeing in plain language, and answered every question I had without rushing or upselling. They were able to clear the line, run a full camera inspection, correctly identify the root cause, and present clear, realistic options to fix it.

Pricing was reasonable for the work involved, and the team was professional and respectful throughout — even under tough conditions. Most importantly, they actually solved the problem and gave me confidence in the path forward.
