I asked Paul ( Peyman ) to come and fix a leaking faucet in my shower. I bought the cartridge myself from Home Depot, and he came to install it. After he changed the cartridge and left the place, the faucet was still leaking. When I contacted him to fix the problem, he told me there was no warranty because I had purchased the part myself. I asked him why he installed it if it was not suitable, but instead of giving a proper answer, he responded unprofessionally and disconnected the call.Later, another plumber came, removed the cartridge, and replaced it with a new one. He found that the washers were torn due to incorrect installation. In total, I paid for labor, plus the cost of two cartridges, and then had to pay a second plumber to fix the problem correctly.This was a complete waste of money and time and I cannot recommend him at all.
Paul is an expert in his field. He’s professional, knowledgeable, honest and extremely reliable. His prices are fair and reasonable and on top of that he has a team of other experts in his network that you could rely on when you need non-plumbing related help. He is patient and even spends time to answer any questions you might have after he completes a job at your place.He has installed a hot water tank and done a number of other plumbing fixes at our house. He and his team have also fixed our fireplace. Every time I have been super happy with the results with zero problems.I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services when I need any plumbing help.
I can't say enough good things about Paul's Beta Plumbing! Paul came out to my home in an emergency situation and was an absolute lifesaver. He arrived promptly, was incredibly professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing the issue. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also took the time to explain everything and even wrote up a full report for me, which was super helpful.He used a 75-foot snake to unclog everything, and thanks to his expertise, the drains have never worked better. On top of that, Paul is just a genuinely nice and honest person—someone you can truly trust in your home. Highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done right the first time.
