Don’t provide professional quality.Brand boiler installed around 18 months ago, still not working. Just after the installation we got gas leak, they came to fix it. Result is that we called FortisBC and they fixed it.They don’t give you a good result but ask for the money every time they come.
took 3 days to get a phone call back. they only return calls in the morning if you happen to miss a early morning call you then need to wait to the next day to get a phone call back. best part is the office then simply states "if you don't like it maybe go somewhere else" :) then hangs up
North Shore Plumbing had just helped us replaced our old furnace. Staffs are very knowledgeable wirh recommending the right furnace and giving professional quality installation. They will also let you know the details and process of the installation. After the installation, another staff member will come for the final inspection. Their detailed customer service and quality work are some of the reasons why they are still in business since 1949. I will not hesitate to recommend North Shore Plumbing and Heating to my families and friends.
