Your technician Harrison was great. He is knowledgeable and happily shared his knowledge with me. Also he is personable. He worked quickly and cleanly. He found the problem quickly. We will only call Caldwell for plumbing issues.

Great customer service. Someone answered the phone instead if answering service. They understood my issue, and we're able to send someone right away to resolve the issue. The plumber called me and explained the issue which they resolved, and also provided excellent customer service over the phone.
I was going to do it myself, but worth the cost of hiring it out, as I was able to continue working throughout the day without any hassle.
Would recommend for anyone looking for quick, good service!

I needed a new toilet installed to replace an old one. My back now prevents me from doing this myself, so I called around to numerous plumbing establishments for a rough estimate of how much this would cost me. I was shocked at some of the ridiculously high quotes I was given. Several places didn't even bother to answer, or return my call. Caldwell has a dedicated person who answers the phone and provides a ball park estimate on the job you require, which was quite refreshing. Didn't get your name, but you were quite pleasant to deal with, and you gave me a very reasonable quote. I went ahead and booked an appointment. The plumber (Harrison) showed up exactly on time, and true to form, I paid exactly the price I was quoted, plus tax of course. No BS and no scam! Harrison was also pleasant to deal with, was very conscientious, and did a great job. This was not a huge job, and not at the top of the list for plumbers, I realize.
However, if and when I require a bigger job, I certainly will not hesitate in contacting Caldwell Plumbing. I will also recommend them to my neighbors and co-workers.
