I never received a phone call back from management. I am very disappointed. In desperation my husband called them not knowing much about this company just that they came out right away. Upsrlling him the whole time. If he want willing to pay close to $1,000.00 for a simple water main leak that was made with PVC he would have to pay the salesman $49.00. We knew upfront it was at most a $300 to $400 repair. That is taking advantage of the elderly I my husband had no clue that if he didn't pay for the repair that he knew wasnt right he would also be billed for a salesman just looking at. Totally disappointed. We did get it repaired and it ended up being $400 after everything. Why can't people be honest. Still don't have my money back from the salesman coming out for 10 minutes and just tried to scam my husband. This is unexpetsble in any business. This is not how you treat people today especially when you know they are financially unable to pay these ubscur markups! I know have to wait another day to see if management is even going to call us back.

Our gas water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday. We called Elite and they sent someone out that day. The water heater was ordered and installed the next day. The quality of the work was amazing. Our service tech Richard was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with Elite. We highly recommend them to our friends and family.
Let me start with watch out for scare tactics and up-sales. Electric-Made my appointment for 8-11. They didn’t show till after 1. Arrived and presented three estimates all confusing but I went with the third most expensive to cover “everything “. After five pm I had to go and he was still there. I was told COD and had to pay before I left and the job was complete. I am told he stayed late to finish, but it was not finished. The two specific plugs I wanted fixed were not done. New appointment scheduled for “after 4”. He did not show till 7:30 pm. Ran trouble shooting and gave me a second estimate to cover what was specifically requested in the first appointment. That was over $2800 and not completedPlumbing. Initial appointment scheduled 8-11. Did not arrive till show up and I rescheduled after 5:30 pm had come and gone. The next day was another 8-11 appointment and they showed up at 3. They did a walk through and provided estimates. Used scare tactics to try and up sale. When settled on an estimate, they told me to give a 30% down payment said call back when the dishwasher arrives to reschedule. Oh, I did. With an 8-11 appointment they arrived promptly after 3. This was over 800 to change out a couple of valves and hook up the dishwasher.This company over charges, pushes home warranty, has no idea how to arrive on time, tries to up sale with scare tactics and has a horrible business platform. I spent over $3000 with them and they never finished the electrical work.They have a front office to take your call and provide excuses why the technicians are lateThe techs have a manager you will never seeAnd they have some “supervisor “ call you when you insist. But he clearly is paid to tell you you are wrong and they are right.
